Each finish is formulated with an advanced hard wax oil, and cured using LED technology to eliminate VOC emissions. Our Production Facilities

At Schafer, every board begins with locally sourced lumber, carefully selected and graded to meet the unique requirements of your project. We cut these boards to nominal widths, then slice them into thin lamellas that are bonded together, creating a three-layer hardwood construction known for its remarkable stability. From there, each plank is precisely milled with tongue-and-groove edges, planed to a consistent thickness, and regraded for quality. After final end-matching, which ensures seamless alignment, we package and ship your flooring, delivering a product built to last.
